At ONX Sports, INC, we are committed to providing high-performance gear that meets your athletic standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the returned equipment within 5 business days, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method.
